Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Ameen AI DXB collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and applicable Dubai regulations. Last updated: May 2026.
1. Who we are
Ameen AI DXB ("we", "us", "our") is a technology adoption consultancy based at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website (ameenaidxb.com) and through direct engagements with prospects and clients.
For any privacy-related question or to exercise your rights under this policy, contact contact@ameenaidxb.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to communicate with you, deliver services, and improve our website.
Information you give us directly
- Name, business name, role, email address, phone or WhatsApp number — when you contact us, book a stack audit, or sign up for any communication.
- Information about your business, technology stack, workflows and challenges — provided voluntarily during an audit or engagement.
- Billing details — only after a contract is in place, and only as required to invoice and collect payment.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (country / city), device type, browser and referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies — strictly limited to what is necessary to operate the site and to understand aggregate usage.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange a stack audit or other engagement.
- To deliver and improve the services you engage us for.
- To send you operational communications (e.g. updates about an active engagement).
- To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations in the UAE.
- To improve our website and content based on aggregate usage patterns.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models. We do not enrich your profile from third-party data brokers.
4. Legal basis
Under UAE PDPL, we process personal data on the following legal bases, as applicable:
- Consent — when you submit a contact form, subscribe, or accept cookies.
- Performance of a contract — when you are a client and we are delivering work agreed under an engagement letter.
- Legitimate interest — for limited purposes such as security, fraud prevention, and improving our website, where this does not override your rights.
- Legal obligation — to meet regulatory requirements, including tax and corporate record-keeping under UAE law.
5. Sharing & processors
We rely on a small number of carefully selected service providers to operate. These include:
- Email and productivity providers (e.g. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) used to receive and respond to your messages.
- Hosting and CDN providers used to deliver this website.
- Analytics tools used in aggregated, pseudonymous form to understand site performance.
- Payment processors, when applicable, after a contract is signed.
We require each processor to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality obligations. We do not share your data with marketing partners, advertising networks, or data brokers.
Where our work for a client requires us to handle that client's own customer data (for example, when configuring a CRM or AI assistant), we act as a processor under the client's instruction, and that processing is governed by the engagement contract — not this policy.
6. Where your data is stored
Wherever practical, we keep your data inside your own tenants — your Microsoft 365, your Google Workspace, your CRM. Data we control directly is stored on services operated by reputable providers, including providers with infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates, the European Union, or the United States. International transfers, where they occur, are made under safeguards permitted by the UAE PDPL.
7. How long we keep it
- Inquiry data (forms, emails, WhatsApp messages): up to 24 months, unless an engagement begins or you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Client engagement records: for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by UAE accounting, tax and corporate law (typically 5 to 7 years).
- Aggregate analytics: retained indefinitely in non-identifying form.
8. Your rights
Under UAE PDPL, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis of processing.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request portability of data you provided to us, in a structured, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@ameenaidxb.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data — including least-privilege access, encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication on all administrative accounts, and time-bound access to client systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant UAE authority as required by law.
10. Cookies
This website uses a minimal set of cookies and local storage strictly necessary to operate basic site functions and understand aggregate site usage. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings.
11. Children
Our services and this website are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in law, our services, or how we operate. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top, and material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
