How quickly can you deliver results?
Most clients see a first measurable result — a workflow automated, hours recovered, a tool finally configured — within 2 to 4 weeks of starting. Larger transformations are scoped in 8 to 12 week phases so progress is visible every fortnight, not at the end of a six-month project.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
Almost never. Most of our first wins come from unlocking the software you already pay for — configuring Copilot properly, switching on the CRM features you forgot you had, retiring an overlapping subscription. We recommend new tools only when something material is missing, and we'll always explain why.
What does an engagement typically cost?
We work in three engagement models: one-time pilot projects, department-scoped deployments, and ongoing monthly retainers (sometimes called fractional CTO). Pricing depends on scope, but pilots are designed to fit SMB budgets — not enterprise budgets disguised as SME offerings.

Is my data safe? Where is it stored?
Yes. We comply with UAE PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law), hold your data within your own tenants wherever possible (your Microsoft 365, your Google Workspace, your CRM), and sign NDAs before any audit. We never train models on your data and never share it across clients.
All access we hold is least-privilege, time-bound, and revoked at the end of an engagement.
Will my team be able to maintain this after you're gone?
That's the design goal. Every engagement ends with a documented runbook, recorded training, and a named person on your team who owns the system. We deliberately avoid configurations that require a consultant to maintain — if something can only be edited by us, that's a failure on our part, not a feature.
What if I'm not technical?
Then you're a typical client. Most SMB owners we work with run their business through experience and instinct — not through a CS degree. We speak the language of your function before we speak the language of the tool. Your job is to tell us how the work actually happens. Ours is to make the technology match.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. Our team is bilingual, and we deploy bilingual AI assistants for customer-facing use (Arabic and English, with code-switching where natural). Internal documentation and training can be delivered in either language. An Arabic version of this website is coming soon.
Are you certified or partnered with Microsoft / Google / OpenAI?
We deploy across all of them — and we'll be transparent about which formal partner badges we hold (and don't) at the start of any engagement. Our value isn't badge-collecting; it's choosing the right combination for each problem. A firm that's "only Microsoft certified" tends to recommend Microsoft for everything. That's not the position you want your advisor in.
How is this different from hiring an in-house AI person?
An in-house hire knows one stack, costs AED 25–40k+ per month fully loaded, and takes months to ramp. We bring a team of subject matter experts across functions for the duration of the work — then step out. For a 1–49 employee business, the math usually favors fractional expertise over a full-time hire, until you're large enough that the work is permanent.
What happens if we want to stop working together?
Engagements end cleanly. We hand over documentation, transfer ownership of any accounts created in your name, remove our access, and confirm in writing. No exit fees, no held-hostage subscriptions, no "we keep the code." If we did good work, you'll come back. If we didn't, you shouldn't be forced to.
